This warranty focuses on manufacturing excellence and includes:

  • Connectivity Issues: Critical Wi-Fi/App module failures not caused by local network settings.

What is Not Covered

To maintain a fair standard, the following are excluded:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or pets chewing cables.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties.

  • Natural wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., carbon filters).
